Job Description
RENT:
Tenant agrees to pay the Landlady as base rent the sum of MK130,000.00 per month in ADVANCE on the last day of the month preceding to the due month plus a one off deposit of MK130,000.00 which shall be refundable by the landlady at the termination of the agreement. The first month’s rent is required to be paid on or before move-in on the 1st day of each occupying month
Thereafter rent shall be payable every two (2) months
Rent shall be revised as and when the Landlady deems it necessary
